Dr. Asia Rivers

Founder

Dr. Asia L. Rivers is the visionary behind Talk Childcare To Me LLC, a successful for-profit childcare facility founded in July 2014 and based in Louisville, Kentucky. With three locations, the center serves over 100 families, providing top-notch care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years old, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and accredited environment. As a highly qualified professional, Dr. Rivers holds a doctorate degree in Education specializing in Early Childhood, an Executive Master Business Administration graduate degree, and undergraduate degrees in Science and Psychology. Her expertise and experience in the field are reflected in her ability to supervise staff, create engaging curriculums, manage budgets, and efficiently oversee daily operations. Driven by her passion for education and children's well-being, she continuously strives for excellence, offering quality education and nutritious meals through her highly trained staff. Over the years, Dr. Rivers has secured significant financial support, totaling over $500,000, from national entities, crowd funding, federal agencies, and statewide organizations, all of whom share her vision and commitment to children's welfare. These funds have been instrumental in classroom makeovers, procuring quality materials, expanding facilities, and implementing initiatives like the Ky Registered Apprenticeship program. Beyond her remarkable accomplishments in childcare, Dr. Rivers is also a national advocate for children, serving as the vice president of the National Childcare Owners Association. Having experienced foster care herself, she understands the importance of offering quality care to families in need, driving her dedication to the cause. When not overseeing operations, Dr. Rivers enjoys spending precious moments at home with her husband and co-owner, Mr. William Rivers, along with their three lovely daughters. Her tireless energy, passion, and dedication to providing exceptional childcare services make her facility the best in Jefferson County.
